We have some exciting news to announce!

Planning permission has been granted for 14 new homes in Stonecross, West Bromwich each of which has been designed to meet Passivhaus standards. The homes are so efficient we have been able to work with energy providers to ensure home owners pay no bills for at least 10 years.

​

The site was formerly a council neighbourhood office and prior to that it served the function of a war kitchen supplying the local area with nourishment. We are thrilled to be turning this unused brownfield site into much needed high quality homes.
